AI for Industry/Canadian Industrial AI Consortia is committed to ensuring that our website, aiforindustry.ca, is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where feasible, in line with Canadian accessibility laws and industry best practices.

• We use responsive design, sufficient contrast, resizable fonts, and keyboard-navigable menus.

• We test compatibility with major browsers and assistive technologies.

• We aim to make forms, documents, and downloads accessible; where accessible versions are not immediately available, we provide alternatives upon request.

4. Standards & legal framework

• We endeavour to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our benchmark for accessibility.

• We comply with PIPEDA, where it applies to online content, and relevant provincial accessibility legislation such as AODA (Ontario), AMA (Manitoba), and others, where applicable.

• We align with the Accessible Canada Act and related federal standards where relevant to public sector procurement or federal funding.
